We proudly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. That means you have thirty days after receiving your item to request a refund.
- To start a return, you can email us at info@harefamilyfarm.com, or call us at 970-227-4329. Please include your name, the date the product was received and state the reason for the return. If accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will notify you once we've received your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less shipping charges. It may take up to 14 days from the time we issue the refund for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will gladly replace or refund any damaged item or if the wrong item was sent.
